RE-ACT. is an artistic project that explores the relationship between public and private space, between the collective and the individual, through the modifications that one suffers as a consequence of actions on the other.
The project is developed in a transversal way, combining murals, contemporary art, digital art, streaming performance and new forms of expression.
PUBLIC VS. PRIVATE
We reflect on the concept of the ephemeral, the fleeting, represented in a kinetic piece.
A piece that is composed of two paths:
A mural in the public space and a fragmented work (polyptych) in the exhibition space.

The mural is located on the exterior facade of Laundromat Art Space.
The fragmented polyptych, displayed inside the same space, is the design of the mural divided into 30 original pieces, painted in acrylic on paper.
During the execution of the large-format mural, the same fragmented work (polyptych) was exhibited in the interior space.
PERFORMANCE
A 7-hour erasure performance took place on December 3th. The unsold fragments of the polyptych were gradually erased from the mural. Those that were acquired remained intact. The final result of the mural was composed of the sold, or "saved", sections of the gallery polyptych.

From the beginning of the performance, the mural underwent changes over the next 3 hours. Every 6 minutes, a section that was not acquired was erased.
